Hi, I'm Sarah — a California-certified massage therapist based in Oceanside, California. With over a decade of experience in therapeutic bodywork, I bring warmth, intuition, and deep technical skill to every session.
My interest in holistic health started long before I became a massage therapist in 2013. After having my first daughter in 2015, I became completely immersed in everything pregnancy and birth-related. Before returning to my practice in 2019, I dove into childbirth and doula education with Birthing From Within — a transformative program that deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and the profound journey of becoming a mother.
It was during that time that I found my true vision — working with clients on the table while supporting women through their childbearing years and beyond. My practice today is a reflection of that: a space where healing is personal, unhurried, and deeply honoring of each body's story.
I believe that bodywork is not a luxury — it is medicine. The body holds memory, stress, and experience in its tissues, and my somatic, body-led approach — including fascial release and trigger point therapy — helps unlock what words and rest alone cannot.
My sessions are never scripted. I listen — to what you share before we begin, and to what your body communicates on the table. I adapt my pressure, pace, and focus in real time, so every session meets you exactly where you are.
